What is HAJENA?
HAJENA is a professional CV-building platform focused on technical and industrial careers. It provides multiple build methods, profession-focused content and professional CV designs.
What are the three CV building options?
You can use Ready Template, AI CV Build or Full Custom CV Build. Ready Template starts with prepared profession content, while Full Custom gives you greater manual control.
Can I edit the prepared profession content?
Yes. Prepared content is a starting point. You should edit it so your CV accurately represents your own skills, duties, qualifications and work history.
Can I save more than one CV?
Registered customers can use their account workspace to manage saved CV activity available to their account.
How do premium templates and downloads work?
Choose your CV and template, review the preview and follow the pricing/payment process shown on the website. Approved access appears in your customer account.
Can I sign in with Google?
Where Google sign-in is enabled, you can continue with your Google account. Google handles its own authentication and HAJENA does not receive your Google password.
What should I do if I have a payment or download problem?
Use Customer Service or the Contact / Support page and provide the relevant order information. Never send passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs or full card numbers.
Does HAJENA guarantee a job?
No. The service helps you prepare and present a professional CV; hiring decisions remain with employers and recruiters.
