When you use HAJENA, you may provide account information and CV content such as your name, contact details, work history, education, skills, certifications and other information you choose to include in a CV.
If you use a supported third-party sign-in option such as Google, authentication is handled by that provider. HAJENA may receive basic account information needed to identify or create your account. HAJENA does not need your Google password.
The service may process information needed to operate accounts, CVs, orders, access approvals, support requests and security logs. Payment information should only be provided through the payment methods presented by the service.
Information is used to operate the CV builder, save user work, authenticate accounts, provide purchased access, support customers, maintain security and improve the service.
Users should keep account credentials secure and should never send passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs or full card numbers through support messages. No internet service can promise absolute security.
You are responsible for ensuring that information placed in your CV is accurate and appropriate to share with employers or other recipients.
This policy may be updated as the service changes. For privacy-related questions, use the Contact / Support page.
