These terms describe the basic rules for using HAJENA, including accounts, CV content, premium access and acceptable use.

2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity performed through your account. Information submitted when creating or editing a CV should be accurate.
3. CV content
Profession-focused suggestions and prepared content are provided as drafting assistance. You must review and edit them so the final CV truthfully reflects your own qualifications, experience and responsibilities.
4. Premium access and payments
Prices, available payment methods and the scope of paid access are shown in the relevant purchase flow. Access is provided according to the status recorded for the applicable order or purchase.
5. Employment outcomes
HAJENA helps prepare CV documents but does not guarantee interviews, employment, salary levels, visa approval or any employer decision.
6. Availability and changes
Features, templates and service functionality may be updated as the platform develops. Maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
7. Support and safety
Use the official Contact / Support options for assistance. Never send passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs or full payment-card numbers to support.
8. Updates to these terms
These terms may be revised when the service or its policies change. Continued use of the service after an update is subject to the current terms displayed on this page.
